• illegal goods



• hazardous materials



• new (unused) items

Neither the Trader, the Pennsylvania Small Business Development Centers, or its sponsors, contractors, advisors, members or distributors is liable for any information, errors, or representations, or makes any warranty, expressed or implied, as to the accuracy of the information regarding materials, services or products/equipment offered through the Trader. The Trader does not verify whether parties listing in the Trader are in compliance with any rules and regulations applicable to the listed materials.



The Trader is not responsible for the determination of what may constitute a waste, either municipal, residual or hazardous waste. The Trader does not make any judgment or recommendations with respect to any legal requirements, particularly for storage, transportation, treatment, permit requirements, or disposal of what may be defined as municipal, residual or hazardous waste.
